A stirring arrival in Cape Town
18 March 1965
The sight of this famous mountain really stirs the juices when seen rising over the horizon for the first time! The little white cloud that covers the top of the mountain when the South-Easter blows is called the Table Cloth. One can go to the top via a cable-car or a stiff walk, which will take all day but is the perfect excuse for a good beer afterwards. The sight from the top is world-class.
